How much does appliance repair cost?

Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. Same-day appointments are often available across the Indianapolis metro area. Most service calls are scheduled within 24 hours. For emergencies — like a refrigerator failure or gas leak — we offer 24/7 availability.

Do you charge a service call fee?
Yes — we charge a diagnostic fee for the technician's visit, inspection, and estimate. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward your total. You'll know the exact fee before we come out.
What if I decide not to repair it?
No problem. If you decide not to proceed after seeing the estimate, you only pay the diagnostic fee. There's no pressure and no penalty. We believe in honest, no-pressure service.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Yes — someone 18 or older needs to be present to provide access to the appliance and authorize the repair. Our technician will call you 10 minutes before arriving so you can plan around it.

If a repair requires an ordered part, we schedule a follow-up appointment at no additional service call fee. You pay once for the diagnostic — the return visit is on us.
