RMAI provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in the Indianapolis, Indiana metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Service estimates are provided after on-site diagnosis and must be approved by the customer before work begins.

Service Fees

A diagnostic fee is charged for each service call. This fee covers the technician's visit, inspection, and repair estimate. If the customer approves the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost. If the customer declines the repair, only the diagnostic fee applies. All pricing is communicated before work begins.

Warranties

Repairs performed by RMAI include a warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms and duration vary by repair type and will be communicated by the technician at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair attempts, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

RMAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
