Do I need to be home for the repair?

Yes — someone 18 or older needs to be present to authorize the repair and provide access to the appliance. We'll call you 10 minutes before arrival so you can plan around it.

What if the part needs to be ordered?

If we need to order a part, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment at no additional service call fee. You only pay once for the diagnostic — the return visit is included.

Do you offer warranties on repairs?
