Services

RMAI provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in the Indianapolis, Indiana metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Service estimates are provided after on-site diagnosis and must be approved by the customer before work begins.

Service Fees

A diagnostic fee is charged for each service call. This fee covers the technician's visit, inspection, and repair estimate. If the customer approves the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost. If the customer declines the repair, only the diagnostic fee applies. All pricing is communicated before work begins.

Warranties

Repairs performed by RMAI include a warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms and duration vary by repair type and will be communicated by the technician at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair attempts, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

RMAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: Repair My Appliance Indy operates two separate SMS programs — (1) a service (transactional) program for scheduling confirmations, technician ETAs, and repair follow-ups, and (2) a marketing program for review requests, seasonal maintenance tips, and promotional offers.

Program Description: If you opt in to the service program, you will receive recurring automated text messages related to your repair request, including scheduling confirmations, technician ETAs, arrival notifications, and repair follow-ups. If you opt in to the marketing program, you will receive recurring automated text messages including review requests, seasonal maintenance tips, and special offers from Repair My Appliance Indy. Consent is obtained via two separate, optional, unchecked-by-default checkboxes on our website quote form.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Governing Law
